Rohan Singh is a corporate finance and project financing expert with over a decade of experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in emerging markets. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Finergreen Asia in Singapore, Rohan has successfully led the firm in originating, executing, and closing over 30 complex transactions. His expertise spans various sectors, including toll roads, mining, and renewable energy, where he has been instrumental in driving innovative projects and securing significant equity fundraising and debt financing across the Asia-Pacific region.
Before establishing Finergreen Asia, Rohan held significant roles in project finance and mergers & acquisitions. His work at BMCE Bank International in the UK included managing high-profile projects such as a $180 million investment in mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and a £230 million toll bridge project in Côte d’Ivoire. In addition to his professional achievements, Rohan is also a recognized thought leader in the renewable energy space, having coordinated numerous fundraising and M&A activities for solar, wind, hydroelectric, and biomass projects. Rohan is fluent in French, English, and Hindi.
Tuck Chong is a seasoned professional in the Information Technology sector. He has more than 25 years of experience across multiple roles in this sector and more than 10 years as an entrepreneur. He started out managing SME businesses for development and partnerships and now heads multiple businesses including a cloud powered solutions business which received majority investment by a leading private equity firm.
With an engineering background, Tuck Chong is PMI certified and is known for being a solutions architect and hands-on in the implementation of projects. He focuses on Southeast Asia and has spearheaded multiple renewable projects in Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Timor Leste from greenfield to exit. His technical expertise and hands on approach have been extremely helpful in ensuring these projects are delivered successfully.
Sa’at has held numerous significant roles in both private and public organisations in the media industry in Singapore.
He began his career in journalism in the late 1980s, covering a wide range of areas such as business, politics, and social issues. He eventually rose to become a news editor and later the Editor of Berita Harian from 2012 to 2023.
In spite of a busy media career, Sa’at contributes actively towards public service and sits or has sat on the boards of various government agencies including the Land Transport Authority under the Ministry of Transport, KidStart under the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the Housing and Development Board under the Ministry of National Development. He was also recently appointed to the Presidential Council of Minority Rights. In addition, as President of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS), he plays a vital role in guiding the religious and social development of the Muslim community in Singapore.
Over the years and in the course of his career, Sa’at has built outstanding relationships in the region and has an excellent understanding of how to do business in Asia. Sa’at holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia.
KK has a strong background in leadership, corporate strategy, and business development, with over two decades of experience in the energy sector. As General Manager at Singapore LNG, he was responsible for overseeing commercial activities, managing contracts, and spearheading the development of new infrastructure projects. His role included structuring commercial contracts, conducting technical studies, and liaising with regulators, showcasing his deep expertise in both the commercial and regulatory aspects of the gas industry.
Before joining Singapore LNG, KK held key roles in the energy sector, including Head of Regional Business at Pavilion Energy, where he led strategic planning, developed LNG-to-Power projects, and managed stakeholder relationships. His earlier role as VP of Business Planning & Development saw him secure a US$6.9 billion capital commitment from Temasek and drove corporate growth. He also gained extensive industry experience at Wood Mackenzie Asia Pacific as a Senior Managing Consultant, where he managed projects across multiple countries, including refinery project studies in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and was instrumental in growing the consulting practice.
KK holds an engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. His leadership qualities have been honed through participation in development programs at INSEAD and the ASEAN Leadership Programs, equipping him with the skills necessary to lead and excel in the thriving energy sector.
Ralph is an accomplished leader in energy and technology with vast experience in areas like bioenergy, renewable energy, and the energy value chain. Ralph was Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA) from 2021 to 2024 and led Singapore’s energy transition efforts, aiming for Net Zero by 2050. His key contributions include securing 4GW of renewable electricity imports, developing Singapore’s first large-scale Battery Energy Storage System, and exploring advanced energy solutions such as hydrogen and geothermal energy.
Prior to joining EMA, Ralph was Senior Vice President at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and has more than 20 years of experience leading teams managing key corporate accounts in industries like energy, aerospace, and urban solutions, and played a key role in growth strategies and global partnerships. His leadership also extended to regions like India, the Middle East, and the Americas, and was successful in attracting major investments from companies like Google and Microsoft.
Ralph is presently also a Corporate Advisor at Temasek International Advisors and Founder of BioRenew Energy where he focuses on developing bioenergy and renewable energy value chains as well as low-carbon feedstocks. Ralph holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Guna has close to three decades of senior management experience in maritime and LNG roles. He started his career with MISC in 1978 and has held multiple leadership roles including General Manager of Petroleum Services and Vice President of MISC’s LNG Business, where he managed a fleet of 29 LNG vessels.
Guna held various senior capacities in MOL (Europe Africa) Ltd between 2015 and 2021. He managed contracts for 35 LNG carriers, enhancing the company’s footprint across Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean and was instrumental in securing long-term contracts, including the Arc7 ice-breaking vessels for the Yamal LNG Project and LNG bunkering vessels with Total. His leadership contributed to MOL’s strong position in these regions.
Prior to joining MOL, Guna served as Director of Joint Ventures at Nakilat in Qatar from 2010 to 2015, where oversaw 33 LNG carriers in partnership with seven major shipping companies, handling OPEX management, financial oversight, and participation in various joint venture boards and committees. He was instrumental in Nakilat’s ascent to a major player in the LNG transport sector.

His profound knowledge in LNG fleet management, strategic project oversight, and joint ventures highlights his capacity to drive growth and manage complex operations effectively. His career underscores his ability to lead high-performing teams and implement innovative solutions across diverse regions.
